The project includes plans to build data processing centers and energy infrastructure in Texas, with an initial investment of $100 billion.

Key partners in the project include OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, Oracle Chairman Larry Ellison, and SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Son. According to Ellison, 10 data centers are already under construction, which will contribute to advancing AI technologies, including healthcare innovations such as personalized vaccines.
